Service Tip:
Most Common Service Call:
"Spa wont Heat"

The most common service call we get is " our spa is not heating"
Though there can be mechanical reasons for this, the number one reason a spa stops heating is:
A DIRTY or WORN OUT FILTER
If you get a no heat condition on your hot tub, the first thing you should try is:

1.Turn the spa off and open the filter housing.
2.Remove the filter cartridge and close the filter housing.
3.Turn the spa back on.
4.Run the spa for 24 hours to see if the spa heats normally.

Resolution: If spa heats normally, the filter should be cleaned or replaced with a new cartridge.
If the spa still does not heat, call for service.

Rince your filter at least monthly
